Vivid and engaging storytelling that resonates
Hi! I'm Natalie, and I’m a video producer, editor, and film community builder based in Los Angeles.
Producer / Editor
Shooting & editing – The Today Show (Emmy-nominated)
Commercial Editing – Legalzoom
Pre-production, research & field-producing for PBS - Untold Earth
Directing & editing branded videos: Sotheby’s Behind the Collector
Scripting, shooting, and editing fun instructional videos - Serious Eats
Directing short artist profiles: Atlas Obscura (I also pitched and edited this)
Some highlights of what I’ve been up to in the last year or so:
Earlier this year I got to flex my research and producer skills on an incredible nature show called Untold Earth for PBS, about the untold stories behind natural wonders in North America. I traveled to New Mexico, Arizona, and Oregon with a tiny crew to bring the surprising stories of giant caverns, twisty canyons, and smelly truffles to life.
I run a quarterly non-fiction screening series – programming films, booking venues, and wrangling volunteers and large audiences – as lead organizer for the Los Angeles chapter of The Video Consortium. Please come/submit a film if you’re in LA!
I made a micro-documentary about my dad’s dishwasher habits called Dadwasher.
Community Builder / Connector
As an organizer for the Los Angeles chapter of The Video Consortium - a global nonprofit media organization that connects and supports nonfiction filmmakers and video journalists around the world - I’m deeply passionate about uniting people around common passions and fostering community.
On the weekends you can find me with friends at the farmer’s market, painting pet portraits, and attempting surfing.
